MariDeck Ultra FB the most state of the art marine floor coverings to be introduced in years. Individual polyester yarns are first extrusion coated with UV stable and mold resistant liquid PVC formulation. The coated polyester yarns are then woven together with large industrial looms producing the top wear layer of the product. During the lamination process, the woven layer is passed through a heat treat process which fuses the individual strands together enhancing overall product integrity and greatly reduces the chances of fray when cut.
