Shipping: Free shipping on all orders. Your order will be shipped within three business days via FedEx Ground for carpet and UPS Ground for vinyl. Bunk carpet ships via USPS Priority Mail.

Important Notice: We do not fold the carpet in half like many other companies. This can damage the carpet! We can only ship to the lower 48 states at this time.

We can only ship to the lower 48 contiguous states.

Returns: Due to the size and custom nature of our flooring, returns can only be accepted for damaged or incorrect orders on our part. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the carpet/vinyl before accepting. Returns cannot be accept due to buyers remorse or purchase mistakes. If you are unsure about a product, we offer free samples that can be requested before purchase. We highly recommend requesting samples prior to purchase.
